✦ Indoor Space ✦

Welcome to The Loft.

We tried our best to maximize the space by utilizing every inch of this 180sq ft home as a functional space without making it feel too crowded or confined. While we had to compromise on storage space we did not compromise on comfort. We also added a touch of style and coziness to make everyone feel at home during their stay.

The kitchen is stocked with all cookware along with a gas burning stove. There’s also a sink, microwave, toaster and a coffee bar. The dining area has an indoor & outdoor bar top. We provide cream & sugar for your coffee. We also provide cooking oil, salt & pepper and foil for all your cooking needs.

Our three piece bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower stall with a rain shower head. One towel and face cloth per guest will be provided during your stay.

The living room boasts a gas fireplace for those chilly nights and a comfortable built in sofa with a friendly abundance of cushions for extra comfort while watching movies on the big screen from the projector. For your convenience, we also linked our Netflix account for your enjoyment. We also have a mini split air conditioning unit for the up most comfortable stay.

The loft is small but magical. The Skylight allows you to fall asleep under the stars from the comfort of your own queen size bed.

✦ Outdoor Space ✦

The outdoor area has a large covered deck beautifully lit with Edison bulbs and equipped with a BBQ, wood fire pizza oven and a bar top with stools. We also have a sitting area around the fire pit and a hammock is provided for the up most relaxing experience. The Loft is located on a small private Rv park with water view & access. Note, that our waterfront isn’t great for swimming. If you are looking for a beach, you will need to book a day at the renowned Sandbanks Provincial Park or Wellington beach. Both places do not disappoint.

We also provided a giant jenga to play on your down time. Lastly, we have included a canoe to enjoy a romantic paddle on the beautiful Bay of Quinte waterway.
